Chapter 14

Tank

I’m beyond pissed and disgusted that two guys I call my brothers are rapists and traitors. Sky just identified two of our members as men who raped her while she was held hostage at the Death Riders MC. That woman has gone through more shit in her life than a person should in a hundred lifetimes. Breaker is beyond pissed and is ready to clean house for good. He wants to speak with Sky, he just got back from the hospital, visiting Winger.

“Tank, I found the videos. She developed a way to unscramble them faster. I found both Rabbit and Bear multiple times in the videos. Bear looks fucked up in both videos, I think that’s why he didn’t recognize her. Rabbit still doesn’t know about her,” says Rock.

At that moment Breaker walks into Rocks room. “Shit, guys this is far worse than I expected. I just came from Sky’s room and she said she is as sure as her life depends on it that it was both of them,” he says.

“Even if she wasn’t sure Pres, we have video. We found multiple videos of both of them,” Rock says.

“I’m calling church. We need to decide what to do. I can’t trust the rest of the guys now. For now, we need to protect Sky, if Rabbit or Bear find her they are gonna kill her,” he says.

“I’ll get a prospect on her room 24/7.” I say.

“Do it now and church in 5.” Breaker says.

I find a prospect and have him watch Sky’s room. I tell him to tell her she shouldn’t come out until I come back. He is not to leave her room unattended, not even to piss.

During church we decide to get rid of Rabbit and Bear, permanently. We also agreed that we would turn Officer Daniels over to the FBI for underage pornography. Sky hacked his computer and found out he has a fetish for young women. I leave church headed for Sky’s room. I relieve the prospect and knock on her door.

“Who is it?”

“Sky, it’s Tank.”

I hear her disengage the lock and peak through. She opens the door wider. She moves to sit on the bed; I walk in and sit across from her.

“What’s up?”

“I wanted to check in on you and let you know what is going on. I wanted to let you know, we saw the videos. Breaker and I saw before Rock unscrambled the one you saw. I’m so sorry what happened to you and I’m so sorry for being an ass when we met. I understand now, why you don’t like to be touched. I want you to know that I will never hurt you and I’m here to help you. Rabbit and Bear won’t be a problem anymore either.”

“Are you going to kill them?”

“You don’t need to know the details. Just know they will never harm you or anyone again.”

“Okay.” I can see her shrinking back into herself.

“What’s wrong?”

“Nothing, I just feel uneasy. I keep thinking something will happen if I close my eyes.
